How a session works
Everything from your first message to your finished images, so you know exactly what to expect.
Enquire. Send the form or text 0406 562 740. Tell me about your session: the occasion, who's coming, and your ideas. I reply within two business days with availability and a quote.
Book. A deposit of 20% of the photography fee, paid by PayID, secures your date.
Plan together. We talk through your style, colours and anything that matters to you, from traditions to jewellery. Together we choose your backdrops from the library of painted and digital backdrops (most clients choose two), and for maternity and portrait sessions I pair a gown with them.
Your session. Most sessions run one to one and a half hours. I style you myself: pinning the gown, matching jewellery to the set, and adjusting the light as we go. There's time to relax, and nothing is rushed.
Choose your favourites. After your session you'll receive a preview gallery of your images. Take your time and choose your favourites at home.
Editing. Every image is edited here in the studio, by me, and reviewed one at a time. Nothing is sent offshore and nothing is bulk-processed.
Delivery. Your edited images arrive within 5 business days of your session, or of receiving your favourites from the preview gallery. You receive two sets: a share set for socials and your phone, carrying the Rosebliss watermark, and a set of canvas print digital files, clean and full size, for framing and canvas.
Important: we don't keep images indefinitely, so please back up your files in at least two places as soon as they arrive.
