Booking your session
A deposit of 20% of the photography fee, paid by PayID, secures your date.
If you need to change your date, one free reschedule is available with at least 48 hours' notice. If a session is cancelled, the deposit is not refunded, as it holds your date and covers the planning that goes into your session.
For events more than 5 km from the studio, a flat travel fee of $50 applies.
Your images
Every session is edited here in the studio, by me, and each image is reviewed one at a time. You receive two sets of files: a share set for socials and your phone, carrying the Rosebliss watermark, and a set of canvas print digital files, clean and full size, for framing and canvas.
Your images are stored for 30 days after delivery, so please back up your files in at least two places as soon as you receive them.
Photographs and video
Photographs and footage remain the intellectual property of the photographer, as governed by Australian law.
It is standard for a small selection of images or short video clips from your session to appear in the photography portfolio and on the business's social media.
If you'd prefer your images not to be used, just tell me at booking or at any time afterwards. I won't use them, and I'll remove any that have already been shared. I'm always happy to be asked, and it's especially common for newborn, family and corporate sessions.
Modelling and portfolio sessions. These sessions are planned and styled as shared creative work, so images from them appear in my portfolio as standard. If you need your modelling images kept private, a non-disclosure fee applies. Please ask at booking.
Guaranteed privacy. If you need a guarantee that no image or footage from your session is ever used for promotion in any form, a paid privacy option is available. Please ask at booking.

Using your images
Your images are yours to use for personal purposes, and for business and modelling clients, on your own website, social media, agency and casting profiles, and in your printed portfolio. A photo credit (@roseblissphotography) is always appreciated.
Your information
Your contact details, name and package selection are never shared with or sold to any other business. They're used only to organise your booking. See the Privacy page for details.
